My goal is to help you re-imagine your life, to process your feelings, so that you can work through them and then move past them, to heal, to grow, and to gain control over your life . My job is to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable, and to empower you to navigate the unique terrain of your personal journey to joy. Change is not always easy, but my goal is to help provide guidance and skills that will help you to succeed toward your goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of situation - together we will figure out what works best for you.
